Provide strategic leadership to the Business Development teams. Coordinate their activities, set performance targets and monitor their overall performance to meet the branch set PBT targets. Develop and manage a team of highly skilled and motivated professionals. Coordinate training activities for the branch and head office staff. Maintain dialogue with all clients and resolve operational bottlenecks, maintain the bank’s business development policies and facilitate turning around approved projects. Ensure zero complaints against the branch from any customer related to unprofessionalism.
